Can the OP or someone voting yes, show their workings on how a 15,000 Butts stadium will provide us with 365 day revenues that will help the club progress. Just can't see much non-matchday revenues being raised myself, which is what we need.

I've said this before, but Newcastle are the 3rd highest supported team in the Prem IIRC. Shouldn't be anywhere near relegation. Edit: the Etihad has just overtaken it. so 4th.

What about both? If they (SISU) are genuinely trying to explore all avenues, and decide on one that will actually move the club forward, then I'm glad. I do believe the Ricoh is the way forward for CCFC, if they could secure revenues and some ownership there. But would be happy with a 25,000...

But 15K is being suggested isn't it? Not 25K immediately? I'd like us in a 20-25,000 stadium, with expansion possibilities, in a location like the Butts (just outside the city centre), just to make my opinion clear :)

I don't know? I just think if CCFC/SISU have 2 options (Ricoh or BPA), that puts them in a stronger position with Wasps for negotiation, rather than just begging Wasps for a better deal. Wouldn't you agree?
