SBB seemed to be mentioning loans in the four. I don’t care how we get players in but we need 6/7 minimum who can play first team.

Three keepers?

Story of our team: lots and lots of poor quality attempts at poor quality chances.

We’re going to lose two first team players in JCS and Maatsen, and sounds like selling another. That’s 3 signings to get where we are: 5/6 short of a basic squad. 3 out 4 in will make little to no difference to our issues and assumes we hit the mark with every signing. Big ask.

You remember us playing one up front because we’ve got no one else, blooding kids who are nowhere ready, putting two keepers on the bench, making no subs and injuring players because we are using the bench as a nursery and having our squad fall down the league because they’ve played more minutes...

It is. But I can’t now take a philosophy degree or whatever and have it paid for by the tax payer. Everyone should pay the same (ideally £0), I shouldn’t have to pay more because my passion/talent is worth something in the economy IMO. While also paying more taxes for more people to sit around...

Well this is an argument against marketisation of degrees full stop. Learning shouldn’t be tied to income potential really. But if I’m being asked to pay back more if I earn more then you’re being subsidised for taking less marketable degrees, which isn’t fair and is a perverse incentive...

I mean I’d pay more in tax anyway. I’d rather they bumped higher rate up a bit.
