There were in fact lots of positives. 1. We scored two goals 2. It was a very decent sized crowd 3. I got home nice and early. 4. We can finally stop all the fantastical talk of if every other rival loses every other game we can make the top 3.

True, but the way I do it is to knock marks off for mistakes that lead to goals and where players are totally dominated. For that reason all of the back four have to be marked down and even if we had won I just can't see how McNumpty could have received anything like a decent mark.
