Why when the tickets purchased are already hugely discounted so that the adult ticket is £230 cheaper than a standard zone ST. That would pay for quite a lot of single tickets during the year. Of course, I haven’t seen full details of the ticket exchange.

It’s not a trade off, it was always the case that an adult shouldn’t attend FZ unaccompanied by a responsible child. Just not enforced.

Doug clarified on CWR that the adult can’t attend the FZ without the junior, has to make alternative arrangement.

I would imagine he has probably been listening to advice and researching what other clubs do. You don’t have to be an expert to successfully lead an enterprise, you do need the skill to listen to experts and act accordingly. Doug is not a novice businessman.

That is a very good question. The adult ticket is sold at that price “when accompanied by a junior”. Logically then, if the junior is not attending then either the adult should not attend, or the adult should pay an additional fee to match the standard zone price per game.

Blackburn don’t offer a 48% discount for the adult accompanying that under 12 Like we do. Adult plus two U12 in that stand at Blackburn would have cost £649 last season, and in the cheapest seats £549. Same family in FZ would cost £350. The adult prices in FZ are hugely underpriced.
