Be great if Lorentzson is all the say he is and he is back fit and available, but that's wishful thinking at best. He'll need game time in the U21's first I'm sure. Fingers heavily crossed that Martin is fit.

Would you take Elliott ward ?

Yep, he's not a commanding centre back. We need a bit of a big brute if possible.

    It's a must win don't you know!! ;)

    So, it now looks like

Pre-season I predicted 7th, but that was because I believed that injuries would hurt us, as the squad wasn't big enough or strong enough. I now definitely believe we are strong enough and we will make the top 6, barring a disaster ( losing Armstrong and not being able to adequately replace him...

    Best City XI of all-time - LM/LW

Err, maybe because I hardly ever saw him play perhaps? Think I may have seen him twice at the very, very most. Only memory I have of him was my watching a game at HR and the crowd shouting 'We want Gibbo! We want Gibbo!' Unless you want me to select him on the back of that, he's not getting...

    Ryan Haynes

I think he positively thrives on it to be honest. He likes being the maverick. :)

Robson was very good for us, but I would plump for Stevie Hunt and Terry Yorath as our central midfield pairing. When it comes up of course. :)

Official January transfer window for CCFC

To free up wages. Everyone accepts we will get very little for him, if anything at all, but we have a wage bill and getting one player off that bill will allow another to come in.

Then we'd have least been in top spot on the C5 Football League show highlights programme for once. Anything that raises our profile, I'm in!

What about having fit women officials and every time they make a mistake they have to take an item of clothing off? We can be both angry and delighted at every mistaken offside decision at the same time.

    sh#t on the villa!

Rochdale or Oldham doesn't have the same ring to it though does it.

Brilliant player for me. Cunning, clever, tricky on the ball, quick and scored some great goals for us too.

    So, it now looks like

A lovely run of 4 or 5 wins on the bounce would be fantastic. Not sure we are capable of that at the moment, but hopefully TM will strengthen in the January window and we will be a better side than we already are.

    So, it now looks like

Adjustments need to be made for sure and reinforcements brought in. Fresh faces and fresh ideas and we may be able to start winning a lot more games again. We have had a bit of a downward trend in our fortunes, but are still within touching distance and still have only lost 4 games all season...

    Quality of officiating

In American Football the coaches are allowed two red challenge flags. if their appeal is successful they retain their two appeals (or however many are left). If the ruling stands they go down to one challenge (or zero if only one left) and they are charged a time out. It would have to be...

And it is still December. Burton and Walsall will deserve to go up if they can keep these runs going. I can't believe they will without a blip.

I think needing to win them all is an incredibly tall order.

    Star Wars

I really wanted to like it, but the ending is ridiculous. I do still watch it occasionally, but can only watch about an hour of it and don't have the stomach for the other 6 and half hours.

Well yep, if you remember Cyrus Christie getting booked for tripping a fan who came on the pitch. Players can't take the law into their own hands. Understand why he did what he did, but that doesn't make it right.

Stevie Hunt is my favourite all time City player. I thought he was best in the middle though rather than out wide, so I will vote for him for one of the central midfield roles. Has to be Tommy Hutch wide left. 60's.
