    The revenant

DiCaprio was a nailed on certainty though wasn't he. Best cinematography was not surprise either. Rylance was nailed on for best supporting actor and Brie Larson was pretty much nailed on too. Maybe the slight surprises were Spotlight and Alicia Vikander.

    Too many strikers

There's also not the problem of fitness for a keeper as there is with an outfield player. There must be keeper's out there that we can bring in with just a finger click, so we are going about this in the right way.

    Best opening to a film

    Oh great!!! Thanks for that!

Stop with the pessimism - jeez

    That's a very valid point.

    Gould is correct

I know we've had a few, but don't think it is at all many.

    Fleetwood Town (Home) Match Thread

They were very lucky to get away with it too. Just about every single goal kick went straight to one of our players. Obvious really if you are leaving 6 players out of the equation and unable to make any sort of challenge for the ball. It was almost as if they wanted us to regain possession...

Thanks a lot 'Cov fan' in block 14

Throws are for girls. I have a picnic rug.

    Marcus Rashford

Macheda? Isn't he the bloke in the dodgy sun photo incident on here?

And I have to add, pax, that after Bury I was talking about our winning run of 'one in a row!'

    Too many strikers

Come on! At least give us a bit of a clue as to which one is which!

Team for Tuesday. What would you change?

I noticed we had a number of shots blocked.

    Marcus Rashford

Yep. Need to calm down slightly. He took his goals we'll today, but had he missed either of those people would have been complaining. Both put on a plate for him. Good luck to the lad though. English too and we need all the strikers we can get!

Thanks a lot 'Cov fan' in block 14

Yeah! Come to block 20. We throw Werther's Original wrappers and flasks of barely warm soup.

    Gould is correct

We are indeed trying to go straight through the middle. It's a constant series of one two's. If your opposition knows that is how you are going to play with no plan b it makes it much easier to counter. How many goals have we scored from crosses this season I wonder?

Stop with the pessimism - jeez

Totally agree stu. As silly as it sounds, in some ways that 6-0 was a bad thing, because I think it made us believe we are better than we actually are, fans included. At least 3 goals against Bury were down to dreadful defending. Hoping it wasn't just a one off out of the blue performance, but...

Stop with the pessimism - jeez

No I didn't, but then I thought we had turned the corner. Draw followed by a win, but then we put in that dismal effort yesterday and bubble burst once more. When we beat Bury I was hoping we were back on track, but we clearly weren't.

    Gould is correct

We HAD brilliant success with it! No back to back wins since November. That says the system is no longer working. Teams have adapted their games to snuff us out. Occasionally of course, it does work, Crewe and Bury, but far too often it simply isn't working at all. You can't just look back to...

Stop with the pessimism - jeez

It's a fair point if they are shipping in an average of over 2 goals per game. No wonder they were so generous to us.

Stop with the pessimism - jeez

I have been incredibly positive, but then there comes a point where reality kicks in unfortunately, pax. In what way are we capable of getting 'plenty' of wins? Based on 4 defeats out of the last 6? 3 wins out of 14? Do you know the last time we had back to back wins? November! So, despite...

This team screams automatic promotion to me

Yeah, from a padded cell in a strait jacket! ;)
