All seems a bit far fetched. As Paymaster General is one of the top 3 or 4 jobs in government he would’ve been privy to all sorts of information. Didn’t he have to resign due to a loan or something like that?

I’ll have to check with the secretary but I’m sure it’s in the constitution it’s voted on at the AGM. I do agree it is an outdated system but it may even be a rule/law/regulation that it has to be done that way for all organisations of our classification in the country and there’s no way of us...
