the key point would be not what they pay but what they get in return. If they get all the revenue coming in from other events, f&b etc then it's a much better deal that ACL have offered CCFC. I think we're all just second guessing here, we don't really know the details of what SISU have done and no matter how stupid / incompetent people think they are I can't imagine they'd have taken this action without some legal advise and being pretty confident in what they are doing.
