The 7m was a vastly overinflated figure which has incorrectly managed fans expectations. Rarely is there a deal done that doesn't have add ons particularly for young players.

It's an inevitable appointment. I liked pelligrini but he wasn't going to win consistently particularly the CL. Man city went out and got the best there is, you can't really complain about that.
