We are advertising for a new director, so I guess that will take care of that.

    Chris Anderson

Yes, but the remit of the new director covers everything that the commercial and technical directors don't do. Apart from being the figurehead - which Tim could do - what does CA have left to do after the new director is appointed?

He will spin it into CCC's fault. Uncooperative council forces CA out.

    Mowbray, Go or Stay?

Yes. The new CCFC advert for a position as a director seems to cover most jobs not filled by the other directors - technical and commercial. If that post gets filled then all "work" is covered. Leaves only "mouthpiece" as a function. Top decisions will be vetted by Tim anyway. So, could we not...

Future to be debated in Westminister

I still remember 5:1 against Germany in Germany....... Nearly got filled in for jumping up and down in a pub in Cologne.... I was the only one.... Really good feeling... reminding the Germans of the score for a while after that...

No. The only comparison would be England or teams my mates or I were playing in ( personal involvement ).

Future to be debated in Westminister

If there were no CCFC people may start watching local non-league teams... Or become Man U or similar fans. I would probably go to the occasional Cov United game when I come home to Cov if they were playing at the Butts. That would be my local non-league team as I grew up not far from there. I...

Future to be debated in Westminister

I would like to see them get their due at the JRs. That would bring things to a head. The speculation would be over and the final decision would have to be made " stay or go". Hopefully the club will be doing well in the league and off the field - if so, there may be a buyer. If not, it's over...

Future to be debated in Westminister

It could be because he has a vested interest in the lease and an emotional interest in the future of Cov Rugby. Having seen the predicament of CCFC under SISU's tenure, he may well be right not to want anything to do with SISU.

    Break even

20% is not a high reward in the case of if it goes wrong you end up with nothing within a year. SISU did, in effect, do something like this when they bought us. Put their investors money in to get a chance at the premiere league. Their money is probably lost forever. Maybe they get some back...

Match Thread Millwall v Coventry Match Thread - Saturday 10th Sep

Hope not defend the draw. Away loss not soooooo bad. Pull something off.... Could potentially change our course..., I would go for gold. Hope TM does..

Cov utd to play at Butts next season

Basically starting as SISU did? Just with a bit of non league experience which SISU didn't have,. ( Ransom being the only SISU person to have league experience)

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

'supposed to be' as opposed to 'are'. 'probably' as opposed to you 'know this for a fact'.

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

I think they have huge debt... We are supposed to be running as self sufficient ( debt on a back boiler ). Different scenario.

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

It seems that whatever it costs, the net cost ( savings if we lose it ) is not a game changer. We have a Source of squad players and occasional earners through it. We also seem to have a good reputation. TM had Ryton decorated up to scratch to show everyone that the Club was being well run/...

Why do you make your answer dependant on Tony? There are other people who would like to know. Like me. Please answer the question.

What happened to Wasps developing land by the pumping station?

What does that mean? Are Land Rover pulling out? Or are you talking about the Stadium sponsor?

    Low water mark

Other clubs occasionally have some sort of success. We don't.
