Granted there could’ve been some in that position. Not all though.

    Holidays abroad

But the money has already been spent. If they’d gone on the holiday they wouldn’t have had it. I was expecting a few but not a queue that long!

Haskell / ACL / Trust / CCFC Administration

Roger was a board member and with David’s vast experience in the financial and accountancy sector it would make sense for someone like him as a Trust member to attend a meeting with any potential investor.

Who was mainly to blame for our relegation from League 1

Venus and Mowbray have to take pretty much all of it. Between them they made some catastrophic decisions that sealed our fate from very early on. The desire to go after players we had no chance of getting without having any real Plan B was unforgivable. Another issue was releasing a perfectly...

    Holidays abroad

We’ve booked Jamaica for the last two weeks of January. If it gets cancelled it’s no big deal. Just means we’ve already paid for the next holiday. When we booked there were so many in the store frothing at the mouth that they haven’t had their money back. Don’t get the point it requesting a...

Haskell / ACL / Trust / CCFC Administration

To be fair he wasn’t on the board at the time. Having said that anything discussed on behalf of the trust be it by a board member or any other member should be disclosed accordingly imo. To make it clear I did know about the few meetings that went on between Trust reps and some of the...

Haskell / ACL / Trust / CCFC Administration

If it’s the meeting and comment I presume you’re referring to all he said was something like he was pretty certain Wasps would be accommodating to any new CCFC ownership structure. He didn’t mention anything about Wasps being in talks with with anyone regarding them taking a stake in CCFC...

Haskell / ACL / Trust / CCFC Administration

Have to say I’m ashamed and if had known there was any discussions between Wasps and any Trust board member regarding them being involved in a takeover of CCFC I would’ve resigned on the spot and I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have been alone too. All I can say is sorry.

    Bit of advice plesde

I’ll always remember my Mum’s face when my old man bought her a tile cutter for their anniversary. You can guess what he got her for her birthday a couple of weeks later.

    Hazard or sterling

Been critical of Sterling in the past but he’s second to none in his position at present. A lot more to come from him too.

    Beer in your seat

Plenty have done it in the concourse in the past. Also a lot did it watching the WC in England.

    Hoffman and Keys

As bad as Mike Ashley is I know who I'd rather have as the owner of something as important to the community as Newcastle United.

    Wanna Bet

The Blaze have been doing online 50/50 and shirt “ off their back” raffles during the classic games they’ve been showing during lockdown. Heard it’s been a good money maker.

    Home grown players

Ian Muir. Played at Cov Boys with my old man. Went from there to QPR and finally ended up at Tranmere. Still their all time top scorer. When it comes to local sporting prowess we’d probably be able field a better Rugby team than football team. Had some good players play for England down the years.

    Beer in your seat

It’s when there’s a goal from a penalty, corner or free kick that frustrates me the most. If you’re holding a beer when a goal happens in open play it’s kinda understandable why it might get launched upwards. Why even hold it when a set piece is happening though?

    Beer in your seat

100%. Never got the appeal of throwing beer around in concourses or in the stands. What’s the point?

    Interest in Dabo?

Generally anything with “hub” in the name shouldn’t be relied on.
