Could it be anything to do with losing 1-2 at "home"? PS When are the DCMS going to respond, I thought they had put something in writing when the signatures hit 10,000?

    Set backs

The minute the results go bad the pack will be after him, that is the way it works. I think the physical differences between a team with a number of players under 21 and a team mostly composed of players in the 23-30 age range will tell more if conditions are heavy.

    Judicial Review date confirmation

Link above was broken, this should work http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/coventry-city-date-set-judicial-6726045 Anyway to summarise, it is most likely Jun 10th.

    You can't tell me...

At some point there is a cross over when the potential gain is outstripped by the losses incurred staying at Sixfields. Another way to reduce them is another relegation.

Pressley lines up Kris Boyd in summer swoop

The story originated in the Daily Record http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-transfer-news/coventry-city-line-up-summer-swoop-3140308 Probably concocted by Boyd's agent & fed to a Glasgow journalist.

Pressley lines up Kris Boyd in summer swoop

Rather early for summer transfer stories, is it because no one else is coming in this season? Might be the same reason SP said he though play-offs out of reach this season.. No money left, the bottom of the barrel has been scraped.

It will be announced but you will have to speculate on its location.

    Rip ccfc?

I think in 2016 the FL will meekly accept planning permission sought on an unpurchased site that OTIUM have an exclusive option on and allow the situation to go on 2 more years. You have more faith in the FL than I do.

See SBT stuff about ownership, they reckon Brody still has a stake. http://www.skybluetrust.co.uk/attachments/article/303/CCFC%20Company%20&%20Group%20Structures%20from%201883-new.pdf

    CCFC & The Ricoh

Yes, we should have been paying less wages, certainly low enough so that the club did not build up uncontrollable debts, but high enough to not run too much risk of demotion. Then you have to get VFM from your players. Yes, studies seem to show the correlation between wages and league position...

    Isn't today the day?

Well the Cov Telegraph should put the question direct to Ian Neale to see if he will or will not deny having discussions with SISU/CCFC/CRBE etc. But I doubt there is anything in this as the Liberty Way site is probably under 10 acres, though Nuneaton Town FC is for sale.

    How long, accountability ?

The damage at takeover then amounted to about £3M debt a £1.2M rent and a wage bill that was actually higher than income. SISU's strategy at that point was to spend money on more players and take a punt at getting to the premiership. That is where the serious damage was done leading to today's...
