You're right, them players are worth something, but that doesn't mean the club is? Especially with whatever debt we are in, despite being "debt free". Regarding £5mill, like you say depending on what debt is written off and Ryton etc, I reckon between £5-10mill will swing it IMO (just a guess)

To be fair, Wasps are an important piece of the puzzle, as much as we'd like them to be out of the picture.

I asked you last night, and I'll ask you again, what would you have said would be a legit/reasonable bid? I don't think £500k is reasonable, but on the other hand, the club (minus Ryton) is effectively worthless so £500k for something worth nothing isn't as much a joke as people are making out.

I know what you mean. All I'm trying to say if Italia only knows there's a bid, no details, it's a bit harsh to have a go at him if it turns out to be a PR stunt (£1 bid etc) If there's no bids or he does know details, then form an orderly queue :)

What would you say is a legitimate offer? Obviously, the £52,000 offer is a joke, but what offer would you say it would be unreasonable for SISU simply reject and laugh at?

I doubt it, no. The most will be "SISU rejects £Xmillion offer from....." I agree, if someone offers SISU a pound, it's all been a build up to nothing. Italia seems confident it will caause a stir, so let's wait and see, we have a whole summer to ridicule him for leading us all on :)
