We cant. If capacity is over 30k then we must give 3000 away tickets. Exceptions are for clubs with smaller capacities such as Bournemouth where i beleive it is 10%

We dont currently have the money to sign ready made premier league players. We wouldnt be wasting money if they got us promoted to the riches of the premier league
