    Question Mark over Academy

If I had my power over this situation it would be sorted out amicably all round............... 2 years ago all round a table, rent halved, income streams shared, quality marketing team put in place to promote the venue, train stop rushed through, Fisher and Waggot sacked, court action dropped...

    Question Mark over Academy

Nail on head really. Club pays for the pitch and uses it for nowt and splits additional revenue with Higgs when other costs have been deducted. It's not difficult is it if people will grow up !

    Question Mark over Academy

I think SISU might bail out in the summer if we go down, maybe others do too. I don't think we'll be relegated as there are still four worse teams than us and we are yet to feel the new managers bounce. Our midfield is so weak though, surely has to be first on the agenda ?

    Question Mark over Academy

What a state we are in now ! All this drama over an £80,000 pitch surface. We used to pay individual players that much in a month once upon a time. Surely if that was paid over a season it would hardly be noticed financially.............well it wouldn't if you were genuinely investing in the...

Everybody should reset .... Get behind the team, manager and dare I say it .... SISU

You've got a season ticket pal, you now expect everyone else to flock up there and help keep you warm for £22 a punt ??!

Everybody should reset .... Get behind the team, manager and dare I say it .... SISU

Can't agree Mark, many I know see the owners as the reason for the 'Groundhog Day' effect of taking one step forwards and then 3 steps backwards. Usually those steps backwards have had such a profound effect on the whole morale and product on offer on the pitch that they won't be swayed easy...

That bit about Fisher being booted out ? Was that fact or wishful thinking ?

Mowbray Until End Of The Season

I did think that about SP but apparently his deal was a 1 year rolling contract I think so had some get out possibility for the hedge fund. 3 months for a manager is new territory! Typical SISU though, everything done on the short term with one eye on bolting for the exit !

    Mowbray confirmed

Can't say I'm either overwhelmed with joy or disappointment. The job after all is governed by the constraints and pantomime off the pitch that he will have to work with. I wish him the best though........................still can't believe he's only 51, I honestly would have put another 10 years...
