Actually if you measure the whole area of disused farmland between the river & the Higgs land there may well be 60 acres. Now who actually owns it, is it Severn Trent Water? I remember playing on that land 45 to 50 years ago, it was full of wheat then with a disused Famhouse in there...

There have been a lot of failed strategies attempted at the club, before and since SISU. One might argue that not since Derek Robins has any real acumen been applied.

However you'd rather bury your head in the sand and blame a media outlet you claim, without substantive proof, has an anti CCFC/SISU & pro Wasps/CCC agenda than allow critical questioning about strategy for the club?

You must have a lot of faith in the owner to be happy to risk letting it go and rely on SISU to find or build a replacement facility for the academy.

Plainly you've already made your mind up about my conclusions. Actually I only have a view about Reid's article, I read that but not the rest of it. However I do think that media attacks on both Sepalla and Lucas are only to be expected, just part of the usual shit storm in a controversial issue.

You also posted a link to Reids article, which (in its headline) calls the council report a 'flawed' and 'whitewash', so no bias there :thinking about: Reading the actual report will take some time, it is many pages.
