There may well have been but it’s clear it’s not that important to most. It’s a myth that it effects atmosphere anyway.

The club would be very naive to expect the block next to away fans to sit.

That’s fair enough. I think most would like to, me included but don’t want to be in that particular area. Ideally, I think most would have preferred away fans in block 12/11 with home fans in the other corner.

Tbf, you do not know the reasoning behind talks stumbling. There could be a number of different reasons. Commercial transactions like that will be a lot more complex than you realise. Maybe the issue is Monzo being difficult. There’s no evidence either way. The only evidence you can go against...
