Sometimes I wonder if a smart non-league manager would be able to just throw a couple of random 17 year olds into first team games and get league clubs to chuck 50k their way for them good or not based on the low risk potential.

I think they need to re-think the 1 per STH allocation. The take-up obviously hasn't been as quick as we thought it would be and one reason for that would be STHs who would normally purchase in priority for them and a couple of mates are waiting for general sale.
