I could miss the whole season and the club wouldn’t care so let’s not pretend that’s the motivation here. If you miss 3 you then have to offer it up for resell in the area it impacts

It’s hardly a doom merchant it’s a comment regarding historic times and now. In the early 60’s the club was at its lowest ebb and a decade later was in Europe. In the 70’s we enjoyed a fantastic season and then hit some lows it’s just the way things go
