Rudoni was attempting to make things happen further up the pitch with strikers not doing very much. Allen was just sat in the middle, again not doing very much.

I do wonder how they are pulled sometimes. Maybe one of those things that's useful to track over a period if you a scouting far and wide but nothing can beat actually watching it.

To me he was the only one trying to get on the ball and I like his strength. I'm struggling to see any way he was worse than Torp and Allen.

Just to inject some positivity, how good is Dovin at 1 on 1s btw? Makes himself so big and holds his ground until late which makes it difficult for the striker. See Wilson as an example of someone who commits about a minute before the striker hits the ball.

He is. I would actually say he was ok second half, but it was a low bar. Him and BTA both have the touch of a drunk though which is very frustrating. EMC and Wright walk back in mate, we'll change the formation for them if we have to, don't care what anyone says.

He's our backup striker who's been playing ok recently tbf. When everyone is fit he'll be back on bench duty.

The most egregious goalkeeper error this season is not having Dovin in goal all season and wasting time with the other 2 training cones.

I just punished myself by watching the goals again. I knew they were woeful already but what the actual fuck even is that pass from Simms? The second one Lati proper runs in as if he's going to deal with it then just leaves it last second, i can see why Dovin was thrown off... absolutely awful...

We aren't the same team we were last season. This team has been picked up off the floor. We're finding new ways to win without important players, its worked well, but sadly it wasn't enough against Leeds.

The stats show them to be a dominant team even when they fail to win. We'll be judged how we bounce back at QPR, which is slightly awkward and needs to be well managed with this bloody Ipswich game. Digging too much into last night is pointless, we are clearly way off Leeds.

I've always wanted to go 433 when the players are available. I love players like Wright and EMC, I want them together on the pitch if possible and I'll take them 2 every single time over Simms and BTA. Other than that I agree.

Absolutely agree, would go back to 433 when we have the players back to suit it. Sounds like EMC might be back so let's do it I say.
