Another option involves a fair bit of tinkering. Lorentzson in, Ricketts to CB, Stephens into midfield. Not sure that would be a wise move, but I suppose if you had Stephens and Vincelot as two defensive midfielder that would give Fleck a bit more freedom to roam.
