The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I'm regulated at work by the FCA. I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't exist in their current form if it wasn't for the EU and they certainly wouldn't have been overseeing what I do. Loads of hoops to jump through, massive increases in paperwork, Bi annual accounts submitted and ongoing training...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I am subject to plenty of eu rules and laws via work. It costs me money and lots of time and effort so its not the best starting point. We have regulations from the EU on where and how the rebate is spent. I'd rather us not pay in and spend it how and where we need to instead of under...

    Phil Townsend inquest

Story is more than what it is? A person in public office mortgaging a third party property for his own means. His company closing owing hundreds of thousanads of pounds and his somewhat mysterious or unusual death. I'd say its a fairly big bit of news really. Not something that should be swept...

No not like that at all. Its a bit simplisitc and very narrow minded of you if you dont mind me saying. We are less and less in control of many many things that go on. Laws, rules regulations. As more countries join our voice will be further diluted. Immigration does play a part. We are not able...

Armybike, a simple question for you. If a relative of yours had a house and a solicitor or person of trust remortgaged the house to get money for themselves against your relatives property what would you do?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Staying in the Eu is to a certain extent and unknown quantity with more countries due to join over the next few years and our negotiation position weakened if we remain. Do we stay with something that doesn't really work for us or try another route that may or may not work for us?

Armybike is very good at getting people into petty arguments to distract from the main point. The thread has gone onto police techniques on body language when we were discussing how and why a solicitor would get a mortgage on a property that belongs to someone else.

Not really. Just looking from another perspective.

Not advising anyone to change their mind but if we weren't in the eu and the voting was to join or stay out what would people do?

    Phil Townsend inquest

No wrongdoing was found as they didn't carry out their warrant and certainly didn't follow up on their main line of enquiry by not interviewing the person concerned.Say what you like but it stinks to high heaven.

Best put down they could have come out with that one. She was clearly a 'plant' and her switch was planned to for maximum effect. The leave campaigns response shows her for what she is/was.

No Surprise that Ms Warsi has announced that she's jumped across to the other side. Should be ashamed of herself for allowing herself to be a pawn in ther political game being played.

Someone told me a few weeks ago that he and a certain former leader of ccc may have 'invested' in some properties together.

I swear by Skoda Octavia's. Plenty of room and really cheap to run (regularly average 70mpg on a run). Free tax. Plenty of extras on mine. Whats not to like.
