Mowbray has done well with Blackburn. Personally I think it's all about strikers. If you have goal scorers you will do well. Even Pressely did well with Wilson and Clarke. Robins had Mcgoldrick first time round, Mcnulty second time. Mowbray had Armstrong firing first 1/2 of the season but...

Agree Mr G but what i meant was we don't know how much was generated by transfers and other income (Wilson England caps and goal etc) and how much Joy has decided we can have.

There were a few player sales last season, Mcnulty, JCH, Ogogo. We don't know what we received from these (if anything from the latter 2) but it all goes into the pot. We also don't know how much was spent last season so we are all guessing really.

Maybe you missed the first line??? Signings are always a mixed bag. For every Bright, Hiwula and Thomas there is a Brown and Ogogo. Somewhere in the middle are Chaplin Mason and Bakayoko. Having let 8-10 players go we were always going to sign a similar amount of we wouldn't of had a squad.

Signings look positive so far. As per normal they will be a mixed bag but hopefully there will be more gold than shite. As for SISU backing Robins and covering the shortfall it will just be more debt added to what we already owe them, they aren't just going to gift it.

I think JJ could do with the boost after being out for 2 seasons knowing the supporters are still thinking about him. I'm sure people are voting for Max to wind Grendel up.

Yes we sold Clarke, then Wilson did his shoulder and was out for 10-12 weeks. Goals dried up and it was freefall. I think we would of made the playoffs/gone up if we had kept Clarke.

We have seen some great designs by people on here. I'm just hoping the real thing is as good when it's launched.
