I think its 100% that. He's having a crisis in confidence while we're trying to get in the play offs which isn't great. Clearly mistakes play on his mind and he spirals and I do honestly feel bad for the bloke and hope he gets sorted, but I also do not want him starting like that with play offs...

Lampard clearly isn't the first manager to think there isn't much between the 2, or even that Collins is slightly better... but he's just so done right now he's backed Lampard into a corner where he just has to pick the other option whatever it is.

If the defence/keeper situation is worse case scenario then we might need a few goals to see these off. Luckily they are also hopeless at the back so it could be a high scoring one.

For all the Collins talk, i actually have major concerns about Bidwell if he's up against any kind of pace. He's been genuinely hopeless recently, the Derby performance was legit one of the worst performances i've ever seen from an individual at this club.

He's obviously not always been as bad as he is now. In fact even here he was fairly competent for a spell last season, but his head has completely gone. Think he needs a fresh start, thinking a middling league 1 club where there is little pressure to achieve anything and he'll probably be fine.

Saddle gets a lot right but he's always way off on what Doug seems willing to spend, which is hardly surprising as i'm not sure even his bloke, whoever he is, can read Doug Kings mind. GIMOC is just a doom monger who gets proven wrong with alarming regularity.
