That price hike will prove to be a huge mistake ! I don't care about average prices for the League, Coventry City are a basket case under these owners and extra efforts have to be made to attract fans back. Every £10-15 bum on seat minus taxes is still better than no bum on seat !

    Ding ding - round 2

And it really is all this on going single minded bullshit from our inept owners that turn off many of our stay away fans................If only I and many others could convince ourselves that they had the club at heart in these obsessive legal shenanigans.

It used to be packed in those two blocks for the first 5 years of the Ricoh. I switched my ST seat to try and keep closer to the atmosphere, plus I had my young daughter with me at matches then. I nomadically went from Block 23 to Block 29 to Block 17, finally refused to buy an ST in 2012 {...

At least you still have the 'Pub' factor as Hill 83 and others have said most of our mates abandoned the club altogether years ago.

Reckon they will press the button if we get promoted and sponsorship deals are quickly upgraded and revalued in our favour ! I noticed that Bristol who are top of the Championship got around 7000 at Ashton Gate on Saturday, like us mind you they are unbeaten and top !

You shouldn't feel guilty in supporting another Cov club. I felt a bit like that 6 or 7 years ago when going to the BPA when City were at home but it's my money and whilst I think it's better spent enjoying myself rather than getting wound up and bored, I'll go wherever offers the best value.

    Byatt's Brewhouse

The guy who runs it is a genuine Cov City fan as well, so he is worth supporting.

I'll reply to that and say £15 pay on the gate at this level is plenty, £5 for Under 16's. £20 for a Dad and Lad type ticket is a fair price.

New staff do need a bit of training for sure. I still managed to get a bit squiffy though and loved the day again ! So refreshing to see a Cov side actually on the up !!

A Few excellent beers in a friendly local Cov pub, A ground albeit a bit ramshackle but pretty busy with 2065 passionate fans and buzzing, a team who have brawn and guile and heart and pride in the shirt and have now won 12 out of 12. A clubhouse that the players attend afterwards and you can...
