I always assumed if it was that obvious they were still supposed to flag it as they used to.

If they're leaving it that late they might as well save themselves the effort and let VAR sort it out for them.

Shame that's offside. I know they tell linesman to wait these days before flagging, but that's twice today the linesmen have taken it to extremes.
