We can afford to imo yes. Good strikers aren't 10 a penny, hence we don't have any 😆 In seriousness Wright is good but he's off it way too much and if he's the major sacrifice for Lampards war chest then I'm ok with it.

Wright is exactly the same size as Simms isnt he? Simms needs to do more, you can't keep rewarding his nothing performances with starts.

Grimes was good, always making himself an option.

EMC, Wright, Sakamoto is our best front 3 imo. Wright has been generally wank whether on left or in the middle recently but at least he's capable of scoring unlike Simms. I think Frank likes EMC too but people have struggled to accept this for a long time. When he's fit he generally starts.
