The Curious Case of Jordy Hiwula

Both Baka and Hiwula were second choice after Chaplin, it's very early days and both will still feature over a long season. I wasn't that impressed with either though and with Jones coming back chances will be further limited.

    Trouble after

So can the hard men on here clarify whether we won or not ?! Or was it a draw like the match. Sunderland win the arrest count thus far ?!

    Fisher again

I think we all know here that CCFC need to play at the Ricoh, where the seats are indeed still Sky Blue and the rent and costs now quite reasonable and ultimately Wasps need the footfall from the Sky Blues fans that pour into CV6 to satisfy their business partners around the complex. They also...

Gutted by that Chaplin miss. I'm not sure he is fully fit ?! Surely once that ball was pinging towards the line he should have chased it and slid in to try and force the ball home. Instead he stopped and watched.

    Coventry RFC Thread 18/19

No bricks and bottles thrown around after this one I see between supporters. Loads of away fans too which we are not used to. I'm wondering at this rate if they will have to put in another cash turnstile somewhere to cope with the late arrivals ?!

    Coventry RFC Thread 18/19

Bit disappointed but nearly a 3000 crowd, a very narrow defeat but the club should have creamed a few quid out of this with significant London Irish support ! ......still struggling with that Chaplin miss as well ! Still.....fine margins !

    Coventry RFC Thread 18/19

Decided to work both clubs into my Saturday. Will be watching City live in the pub whilst having a pre match sup for the London Irish game for which we have pre ordered tickets. I don't like early kick offs so in view of attending the Pompey game anyway on Tuesday will do it this way. C'mon Cov...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

The nearer we get to Brexit, the more aggressive your posts become, you just need to accept defeat and your cliquey little club in Brussels will lose £10 billion a year soon so they better re evaluate their budgets and trim their costs !

Match Thread Bristol Rovers v Coventry City match thread Saturday 22 Sep

Well my old buddy who is a ST at the Mem said that we should have scored early but didn't and they got a bit lucky. He said our number 10 looked a class apart and our number 18 was a bit of a bully. Other than that he was amazed we didn't have more of a go in the second half.......... which...

But I thought on paper we had a great squad and all that.........really ? Shit keepers, average defence, non creative midfield and lacking goals up front. Peachy !

These are just the sort of games we go and lose. Hope not, we need to take advantage of the disharmony.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

There will be a deal now I think, it won't be along the lines that many thought Brexit would be and personally I will wonder if any of it was really worth it. All that said I think TM has gone for a relatively soft option and therefore will now have drawn a line in the sand, if the EU continue...
