    The night manager

Excellent stuff! Really grips you and involves you, so you care what happens to the characters. Was really rooting for Pine and Angela. Apparently it cost £3m an episode to make. Sumptuous, engaging, brilliantly acted and surely going on to win a stack of awards, especially Hugh Laurie and Tom...

But my mum had never ever talked about it before. It had been locked away for years and never ever talked about. Completely forgotten. Why would my mum suddenly come out with 'oh, by the way, I have my grandad's pocket watch locked away, oh and I better tell you, it cost him 2 shillings and 6...

    Give TM a chance

Of course it had something to do with how we played. No doubt about that. If you watch the game again though, just look at how poor Peterborough are and how poor their marking was and how they allowed us space. Any team allows us space and we can be dangerous. What we have had in reality though...

Also wanted to add, as we were doing it, it didn't make any sense at all to us. We had no idea what it was talking about and we all gave each other blank looks. Just sounded a lot of nonsense to us. When we told our mum though she was shocked and confirmed everything. Even if one of my...

Yep, heard that before, but I swear my brothers and I didn't even know the watch existed and our mum had never ever talked about it before, because she had forgotten she even had it. Where would the 2 and 6 come from?

To my mind we did cut them apart because they were so poor. Worst team I have seen this season. Remember after the Bury game when a number of City fans questioned how good we were and how bad Bury had been? I was one of those at first, though did think City player really well too. Our record...

They were saves any keeper would be expected to make. A keeper should never be beaten at his near post. Golden rule. The keeper was therefore expected to save the near post shots of Murphy and Fortune. He dealt with them well though. Could have parried them back into play, but put them out...

    Unexplained experiences, paranormal, U.F.O's etc...

Only thing unexplained was when I was about 9 I think. Me and my two older brothers were playing about with an Ouija board and we 'contacted' someone who purported to be our great grandad. We asked for something that could prove who he was and the board spelled out that there was a pocket watch...

Game of thrones series 6 trailer

My missus is exactly the same. Then to top it all, anything homosexual or lesbian and she wants the channel changing. I kid you not, but we are not even allowed to use the words gay or lesbian in our house. If I say anything to my daughter, my wife goes mental!

    Give TM a chance

Yep, exactly. Impossible to do so. They were all saveable. The keeper is getting plaudits more on the fact of the quantity of saves he made rather than the quality. Very good saves, but saves any keeper would be expected to make.

Don does like his spin Of course a local rag is going to big it up. Watch the game again Don and tell me which brilliant saves he made? He made very good saves, but had he not have saved them he would have been blamed. Pointless arguing the toss.

Can only tell you what he was saying. Pretty certain it didn't come across as just his view either. It was obviously some months back now.

    Will Mowbray stay ?

I liked JOB. Really don't know what exactly went on there, but something seemed to be amiss.

Get rid before next season starts

I would definitely keep RCC, with the plan to keep him as a first choice. I would bring in an experienced keeper to back him up though. Think this season will have been invaluable experience for the lad and of late he has been a lot more solid, following the wobble he had previously
