It's difficult to have sympathy for them. Don't want them to go out of existence, just piss off to league 1 in embarrassing fashion.
As always I'm thinking what could we do if anyone walked away. There's not much but as squad players I'd take..
Bernard
Valery (if MvE goes)
Ingelsson, actually...
The Bernard suggestion by someone was laughed at but he'd definitely be a decent squad player. Better than Lati imo... absolute bellend mind so probably a no go.
Yeh fair enough, I'd agree. But on balance I prefer Torp generally. That extra goal threat is nice and frankly Wright looked a lot better in the lone striker role when Torp was behind him, absolutely hopeless after Torps injury.
As far as I'm aware King has always said the club needs to own the stadium so I don't think Frasers will see this as some sort of ultimate betrayal. He's been fairly open about it.
Ok... I mean thats not the point it was in response to a post that made no sense. Secondly I don't think you can claim this as if it's some sort of new normal. How many other top leagues went without a 20 goal striker? The Prem had a few last season.
Ellis Simms played loads of minutes last season, started a lot of games and was certainly bought in as a starter originally? Why we pretending he just comes off the bench for a few cameos now?
