The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Housing issues are complex... as others in here keep telling you. We need children being born as the next generation of pensioners will have to be cared for as well as my generation who will still be alive ( I hope ). The younger fit EU immigrants at the moment are a bonus for the economy...

The reasons for these things are not as simple as you like to make out. Yes, if we build hospitals we will need staff. We will need hospitals whether we are in or out of the EU. That has to do with demographics. We are living longer. I haven’t said the lack of homes is not a problem. I have...

Open door? Not speculation? Either Eastern Europeans are working for the minimum wage and putting people out of work, or the are inflating house prices by 30%.... but, we have full employment and the country is awash with black money and speculative investments. Something in your argument...

What is happening in their lives is because of the UK government primarily. People moaning about refugees here are not moaning about EU migration. It’s not the main thing here by any means. Britain has problems caused e.g. by inflated house prices in London, more driven by investors than cheap...

Over 12% of the population here in Germany don’t have a German passport, but I just walked into the dentist and got an appointment. Doctors aren’t great problem in the cities either and are now offering Tele services inside areas.

I have the right to live and work here at the moment. I am ok with that, but leavers want to take these rights from me by leaving the SM and I am not ok with that. Many people blame everything on the EU as they are foreign ( not really as we are part of the EU ). Blaming foreigners always...

I don’t know. I presume you can live in the U.K. if you can support yourself. If we leave the EU, then EU citizens lose some rights that were guaranteed by FOM, which is why I hope that my German citizenship comes through before this all - possibly - ends in tears. I don’t want to be dependent...

I agree with most of that, but we don’t have open borders as we are not in Schengen.

„Fault“? The fault lies with the particles and nitrogen dioxide produced by diesel motors. Euro 6 reduces the particles by up to 90%, according to a toxologist at the University here. So, let’s see where the anti diesel hype goes. The whole thing started with car firms manipulating exhaust tests...

The EU offered us to stay in the CU and SM. May said we will not be doing that. Her, and many others‘, interpretation is that the leavers didn’t vote to pay in and have FOM, both necessary to stay in the SM. So, yes it is the leavers fault that there could be difficulties. Not the EU because...

They are mentioning though when sacking agency staff. Or a spokesman is.

And the problem of parts supply caused by Brexit if we leave the SM? Does the uncertainty have any effect on planning?

WTO means 10% tax on cars and 4,5% on parts. If that happens, we are all losers. Strange that people in the car industry voted leave. Not to mention possible transit delays on so-called „just in time“ deliveries.

Are the SMMT ( got it right this time) UKIP voters? Or are they experts in motor manufacturing that see the problems of parts supply and tariffs that you don’t see? Or want to admit to?

Exactly the same as the MMS... as I posted above.

Experts say Brexit is making things difficult whatever you say. If we leave the SM and CU we will have problems. There is uncertainty until we can make a deal that does away with frictions in the supply chain. Yes Dieselgate and the follow on is causing even more problems, but uncertainty...

No, but because he actually worked for a UKIP MEP in Brussels and became aware of what was going on. He passed the files to the authorities and other interested parties. The police were involved and there were investigations. So, although we aren’t talking, I believe him that something was going...

Why? Because I quoted a blog from my brother from 2012. it was actually about the new Führer of UKIP. Says a lot about the Leader and the party who voted for him. Funnily enough, the pub is only a part of my business, but I do actually meet a lot people through it and my other business. Not...

No, I have never said all labour voters are racist, but UKIP is far more racist than labour.... 'No dogs. No blacks. No Irish' is now Ukip policy

I suspect that she is in a smaller minority in UKIP than in labour. I am sure that UKIP has some decent people, but doubt they have much say. Their newly elected leader ( Führer ) is a known islamophobe. I doubt whether Rustie Lee would get to the top in UKIP.
