    We've had a good run

stupot... the debate on club 'size' has often been on these forums and no definitive answer can be agreed. However i take my considerable years of support through the decades and equate that to successes of the clubs I've come to know (time in top division/cups etc) and the obvious size of...

    Who will start in midfield?

Bench. same starting 11 as Blackpool. The question is...who does Norwood replace on the bench? Likely hood is Thomas injured so Baker or Bell starts.

    Does anyone think we will......

...with each passing game it gets more difficult. Wins become more imperative. Saturday is no exception. If we play like we have been overall we win win Saturday. All to play for they say. fate is STILL in our own hands.

Half of them are smaller clubs than the Sky Blues. Your point of 'accepting' something as inevitable is not the way forward and I certainly don't accept it is inevitable. Nothing is inevitable when you can do something about it. I will only accept death as inevitable!

    Thorn Talk

Managers out there.... How many would work with the restraints currently on the club? Dowie, Davies, Coppell? Jones? If any of these did would they be better than Thorn?

    just wondering....

A little over reaction Rev? It's just a football game at the end of the day. Sport for entertainment and fun for all....even when the fun is lost for a while! There is far too much emotion here tonight after a game we did really well in and were just 5 minutes from an away win at Blackpool and...

    The "Thorn Out" brigade

...actually let me put it another way: Your in a fight for your life. Do you stick with what you have or try something else before it's too late?

    The "Thorn Out" brigade

They will be calling for big Sam's head tonight. Shit happens they say but my problem is can you stop it happening so often to us? What si genuinely needed to stop it from happening? Better players? better coach or better manager? If you had to nail it on one....which one would that be?

    The "Thorn Out" brigade

I think the fact we lose narrowly so often suggest we may just have a problem with who is in charge and the training staff. Really don't think what players we have are that bad as proven for 97 minutes. That means the manager and coach are surely at fault somewhere for losing in the last few...

    just wondering....

I felt a sub was required earlier and even said so but it's just opinion and if we had won what would the opinion have been then? I must say we do seem to throw things away in the last minutes of games. SISU can take some blame because we are playing an old guy who has not played for 5 months...

listen to gallagher now.....how right is he?

    BFC v CCFC

thing is we should be able to protect our position in the last ten minutes....we continually fail to do that.

    BFC v CCFC

You can't make it up but i said 10 minutes ago bell on for Platt shore up the middle and gallagher agrees with that but Thorn did not see it? Ahhh but such cruel misfortune.
