MvE has started brilliantly tbh but that price is definitely sounding more acceptable and you'll almost certainly see a big incoming transfer if it happens which brings its own excitement.

Putting players in order of 'choice' is very much a fan thing, I doubt managers see things in these simplistic ways. But also Godo is mainly a left winger, he'd be second choice initially, if you were to describe it in such a way.

I don't think it would be as hard as some make out in all honesty. He offers very little. Delighted if he comes good but struggling to see it. As I say, only so long I could argue with people that Simms was decent when he does nothing to back it up.

It certainly feels like Doug might have more money than reported. Either that or he just loves it so is happy pumping it in regardless.

I think there's more upside to buying than loaning personally, assuming we've done our homework and the price is acceptable. They don't always come off of course but looks like the kind we develop into a monster here.
