I just find it unbelievable that Mowbray would actually say such a thing out loud and to a supporter too. Doesn't make sense. Why is he is still here if this is true? Why would he say something so unprofessional? He would surely know whatever he said would do the rounds amongst supporters...

Does anyone not think he may have said this, but totally with tongue firmly implanted in his cheek? Surely that would be the only circumstance he would say such a thing and therefore IF he did, it must have been a joke!

Certainly seems a lack of urgency. Whatever the wrongs of other parties, Sisu don't appear to be chewing at the bit to try their utmost do they. Seems a degree of apathy all round.

Not sure. Just read the article and it says Mowbray has been impressed by him, but wants to see him in a game situation. Would agree though that as TM says, any trialist will have to be spectacular for him to warrant any further interest. Maybe he will be spectacular.

Well, yeah, but that is what critics look for. Not only are they looking at the script and the performances, but also the cinematography and set design and especially the direction. This is why the Revenant got so many awards.

Doesn't quite sound right to me. Not doubting you necessarily, but surely all film companies would go that extra mile to ensure critics are paid enough? Could be the sinking or swimming of the movie and mean millions in profits or losses couldn't it?

Well yeah, I kind of knew that, but it can't be all of them surely. How come lots of films get completely panned by critics if they are paid to write good reviews of bad films? :)
