That's quite a lot really, more than most 'sub' strikers would get. He also definitely wasn't bought as a sub given his cost.

I think Lampard likes both more than critics of either would have you think but i agree i think he prefers Thomas. You are also right in that Thomas is a huge goal threat, more so than certain strikers in fact, so i think its a weapon he'd want to keep in the team.
