I think it's worse. By making officials think twice about head injuries they could put players who do pick them up in serious danger. It's more important than a one off result

I think it should be a retrospective ban. A yellow isn't going to stop them much. We need to take head injuries seriously and if they use it as a way to cheat they should be severely punished.
