Honesty think championship experience is overrated. We’ve just shipped out two of the players in our squad with some of the most experience. Our best players are ones that have come with a career ahead of them and a name to make. And McFadzean, who lets be honest is an anomaly.

What I’ve read my guess is we have some funds to buy players if they come up like we did first couple of seasons up, maybe £2-3M a season but the wage bill needs to be relative to turnover so no massive increase there.
