Depends really if an alleged new stadium will cost 30 million - the current figures and wasps request half the value of the Ricoh lease which is 25 million. It’s probably financially better long term to build a new stadium and keep 100% of the income.

The way I see it - is that we don’t necessarily need to own a ground, we need to be able to access the revenue the streams that come with it. Not so much F&B - but the sponsorship etc. I don’t think SISU are interested in that side of it but would gladly let the club take all the money in...
