    Can we clear something up..

....and there's the curve ball. No one really knows. Beleive the press, beleive the bookies and still very different. Guess we will know on Thursday huh?

    Ince, Robins or Shaw

Not thinking of Curbishly Colonel. Not at all. I'm thinking that what the club needs is a bit of a figure head as much as a good manager. The clubs at such a low ebb we need inspiration. Hell even Roy Keane would have had the place buzzing! You can't guarantee anything but short term this...

    Paul Ince or Richard Shaw????

I suspect it's a case of if it were those two and given nobody wants Ince particularly then would you vote for him over Shaw though? The naswer is obviously Yes.

    Ince, Robins or Shaw

Frankly I'm puzzled by the 3 mentioned. None fit what I would consider for the managers job at this football club and at THIS time. Out of 55+ candidates (we were told) these are the 3 favourites for the job? Mind blowing. Now I'm realising (if true) just why we are where we are. If true...

    Hillsborough; The Truth At Last

I was there in '87 and had the fright of my life! I was hurled forward and backwards off my feet up and down the terraces, I never got back to my original starting place! At over 6 feet and 13 stone no easy feet! Yes Police acted like amateurs and fairly clueless on the day and support was also...

    shaw speaks

I recall a certain Mr Clough went to Leeds and said all the trophies mean shit, forget it this is a fresh start. You're nothing but all the same. I know he left pretty sharpish but frankly because they didn't like the truth. If only we could get a guy in to talk like that. Throw away the Sky...

Is it really Shaw's fault we are loosing?

Yes. Shaw has shown the same naivety that possesed Thorn. Wrong subsitutes, wrong formations, poor team selection, playing too deep, no width, unable to motivate from WINNING positions! I could go on. The new manager will galvanise the players and this club...hopefully :)

    Cheer up! - September 18th 2010

Why ever not? New manager and a squad that we are told should be in the promotion hunt? What more imputus can you give a club?

    The turn around ...

It is good to hear that but not a surprise...we have banged on about that for a year or so now and i was expecting it. There is much more to it of course but I don't have OSB's considerable patience in explaining the detail. If crowds improve when we are winning (as expected) we will have a...

First thing I'd do as new manager...

I'm not saying get rid of our history!!!! It's time for it to take a back seat guys! As for the Sky Blue? Never liked it but it has served us well. Sadly it's become a reference to the past. It's synonymous with the past so much we as a club have got stuck in the past where the only...

First thing I'd do as new manager...

...while we are about it: I'd get rid of the dated, tired 'Sky Blues'. Change the kit, get rid of all that is Sky Blue, 60's invented nonsense from an era that belonged to a legend but is no longer relevent and is plain weak, daft and corny sounding to say the least. Remove the darn framed...

First thing I'd do as new manager...

Hand the players a sheet of paper. Ask each one to pick the team for the next match. Gather them up and see from that who are among the 'in crowd' the 'hated guys' and who overwhelmingly picks any particular player. We might get to the route of some problems that way.

Manager interviews ongoing - from the official

Again your suggesting he only suceeds when his has money at his disposal? To a degree every manager needs money at their disposal. At this level less so is expected. CCFC have said today that the side needs pace and is recognised as missing and will look at those proposals using the loan market...

Manager interviews ongoing - from the official

I find the talk of billy Davies 'falling out with boards' and he needs lots of money to spend a bit tedious. Hell if we beleived everything we hear from the press then then we already know who the manager is! Otis pointed out the tired ones "on their way down" and he's right to a large...
