Yeah and the safe capacity as is 32k, segregation doesn't effect the ability to get people out in an emergency. If segregation barriers are blocking someone from the nearest and safest exit point them something has gone wrong.

It can safely hold 32k, Pete is right when he says safety certificates are based on how many people can safely be evacuated from a stadium and you can safely get 32k out of the CBS in an emergency. Segregation is a different matter but doesn't effect how many people can be evacuated

Segregation which is a different matter to how many people a ground is safely allowed to admit.

Yeah once it is implemented in the outer boroughs and most people see it has no effect on them and that it actually improves their lives then the issue will pass.

The safety certificate is for the full capacity of the stadium, once again I can confirm that as a fact as I am friends who actually signs that off. If the club couldn't safely evacuate 32,000 people they wouldn't of been allowed to sell that many tickets for the Womens international.

It really hasn't been answered before though, at the last forum the club seemed to think there wasn't anyway to divide that concourse.

yep, more proof Asking what has changed physically with the stadium since we used to let city fans in that stand is a valid question. The original question was "Has the concourse segregation been sorted so we can open more blocks to home fans if required?" thus it was a valid reply.

oh change the subject because you are in the wrong I can tell you for a fact there are no issues with the design of the stadium or that no work would needed to be undertaken to allow the stadium to have city fans in all four stands. That is confirmed from someone involved with the SAG and the...

times change but the design of the ground hasn't which is my point. as the people in charge didn't even know you could divide the concourse a few months ago it is a valid question. Now sorry for fucking attacking me for making a valid point and stop being such a thin skinned nob when it comes...

The issue isn't the actual ULEZ plan though as most people will not be effected by it, it's just the timing of this election allowed it to be weaponised in a borough that hasn't yet had it implemented. It is actually quite popular in boroughs where it has already been implemented.

What i want is someone to ask what has change in the design of the ground since we used to have city ans in all stands, it's a valid question.
