Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

They won’t be able to sue the new wasps as they’ll be a new entity so won’t have any obligations under previous lease. ACL would probably just be a creditor in the old wasps administration for any claim

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Thanks. I just can’t see that figure being for one game. If that amount was paid there must be more to it ie maybe the club owed a proportion of it already. Who knows though.

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Bit behind with developments. Where did the £150k come from and what’s it due to get us ? Home games until World Cup ?

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

I should think this is more related to the costs of trading/running/maintaining the stadium whilst a sale process is run. The administrators won’t have a pot of cash to start with so they will need income to be able to keep the doors open. Have the club paid their rent or is it due soon ? Is...

Will be interesting to see who attends from where. If it’s all the other world leaders it’s poor form and we could do worse than seeing if the King would attend.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Agreed. Hence the dodgy deals comment. The fact is there’s deals that could’ve been done without causing immediate pressure on Sunak/government, for example offering to bring back Bravermann in a future reshuffle in a different role or if he had to give her an immediate cabinet role, shove her...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Agree Pete, circulating porn around HMRC should be encouraged 😊 Think that’s a bit tenuous PVA. What’s more concerning for me is we once again have a PM who’s judgement is immediately questionable How have the ERG (or whatever they’re called these days) right got such power over the party and...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I presume he’s calculating that a majority of the poor ratings were due to Johnson and Truss personallyand wanted to keep people with cabinet experience at least initially…and no doubt due to promises made during leadership bid/for party unity He shouldn’t have had Bravermann back and Cleverly...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I was joking about May and Truss and state education (Im from a comp). Agree, Brown was probably the last statesman we’ve had as PM. I do see Sunak as a bit different to the Eton boys though

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Pretty underwhelming so far. Smacks of deals done for leadership support/trying to hold party together *just seen Tony’s Ian Dunt post saying same

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

To be fair I think May and Truss were from local comps….they’re probably not a ringing endorsement for public education though !!! I agree in an ideal world it would be great to move away from the Oxford graduate PMs but that shouldn’t diminish it being a positive moment for the country to...
