    Rangers

Not relevant to the title of the thread at all but I'm in favour of more leagues merging to keep the quality higher and get more eyes on them. Really wanted that Dutch/Belgian league merger to go through.

I think you'd have to merge English and Scottish football entirely to do that. I have some ideas on how to do that fairly but I'm not going to bother writing a load of paragraphs that are probably cobblers on here. Needless to say it benefits the Scottish clubs way more to be in our league...

    Rangers

I agree, hence an adjustment of expectation required from our Old Firm friends.

    Rangers

You're right it shouldn't be and I've already said above it's only funny because it's Rangers, much preferred it when leagues were more equal. I don't think the majority of us are as deluded as Rangers fans though, we know Bournemouth are poxy but we also know as things stand that could have...

    Rangers

The Serie A bubble certainly burst to a degree but even then it's still not bad is it. Like it's not the SPL.

    Rangers

I think current status has to come into it at some point. A club can't point at its history forever without doing something in the current day.

    Rangers

We are lucky simply for the fact we are a football club based in England. We have the ultimate gravy train to aim for.

    Rangers

Which is why their fans are so amusing. They really don't seem to have adjusted to their current standing in the football world at all. It must be depressing to admit though as there's nothing they can really do about it, the league is what it is.

Ripping their nuts off seems a fair punishment to me.

    Rangers

I agree with you, I think when you start getting to midtable territory the choice might not be clear cut, but any Championship club with an ambition to hit the play offs, the player is choosing the Championship club more often than not.

I think in many cases you'd be right. Certainly the likes of Watkins it likely went from lots of drugs and having control over groupies, some quite young, to the monster he became. It seems very unlikely the really grim stuff was a starting point.

Its not upset me i just don't know what you're on about... 1. There but for the grace of god go many people - So its only by the grace of God i'm not a nonce  2. Far far more prevalent than you’d believe looking at the false testosterone on here - I don't know what the bit about false...

I'm not researching it but i would assume the worst kind means there is actual abuse involved in the video and that the children are very young. Fucking grim.

    Rangers

If i was judging what makes a club 'big' it would be a combination of... 1. Support, by that i mean active support (attendances) 2. History 3. Current/recent league status I think all of that is swallowed up by financial clout though. Rangers are obviously a bigger club that Bournemouth but...

    Rangers

More recently Ajer to Brentford too. I think big club is almost meaningless, Rangers and Celtic are both very big clubs historically there is no doubt but the league is dying on its arse and some of their fans are having a really rough time altering their expectations with it. As funny as it is...

    Rangers

Its completely irrelevant whether they think they are bigger or not anyway. Any Prem club could have any player they wanted from Rangers in a heartbeat.

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

People will vote for what they feel is right. It's easy to get angry at people on a message board but most people are sound and those that aren't sound certainly don't all vote the same way. What is clear is that Joe Public aren't buying what Starmer is shovelling.

You comment away if getting your thoughts on here helps you. It doesn't bother me. You know on the rare occasion i come back i'll disagree with you on 90% of it, which is also fine. I'm sure we agree Starmer is a spineless melt, perhaps for different reasons, but i think we're in a high majority...
