Good locations for stadiums, could these not house a stadium either freehold or long lease?

Can't see it myself but would a great location similar to Newcastle and Millennium Stadium as in Heart of the City. You might know this Shmmeee but who owns land like Central Six, Alvis Retail Park and Coventry Business Park where Go Outdoors located, all good locations for a stadium.
