Wouldn't making an offer be a prelude to those talks? And maybe there would be a specific agenda then. We all know if they did make an offer, it definitely would not be "vastly over the odds". Not sure where you got that thought from NW..

That's true. years ago we would have had everything organised by now, who's house we were watching it at, who was getting the beer, food etc. Maybe people still are? Or maybe it's just easier just to pile down the pub and watch it now...or not bother at all?

So, some folk on here were suggesting that "all will be revealed" in the JR, but after yesterdays court case, is that still the view? I was always a bit confused as to why we expected to learn so much from the JR when it Is all about whether the council had acted improperly in the ACL loan...

Read all of the books, and the TV story has been going off track for a while, but it's still good. Peter Dinklage is a terrific actor, every scene he is in is gripping.

When would the deadline be for SISU to pull out of the JR ? Is it too late for that? Not suggesting they would, I just wondered...
