It was a hugely regressive step to make it a 'hate crime' to criticise religions, particularly a religion which actually advocates killing others for not believing.

Note the word 'potential' not 'actual'. In my view actual terrorists who have committed atrocities are worse. These guys may be Neanderthal extremists but did they actually hoard armaments or attack anything like Salman Abedi, Khuram Shazad Butt, Rachid Redouane, or Youssef Zaghba actually did?

Legalising Cannabis is probably coming in the next decade. The Liberals already have it as policy. Just do an experiment, walk past a dozen young people smoking in a park (or other relatively secluded location) bet you at least 1/4 of them are smoking pot not tabs. It isn't feasible to police...

OK, it was Cantwell, should have fact checked. Milne did well though didn't he, by the end of his tenure City were a fixture in the 1st Div.

I still respect Cantwell & Milne. Cantwell had a hard job to stay up and got it done, Milne got us into Europe on a shoestring budget.
