    Darren Ferguson

At least he wouldn't dick about with fancy formations. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lvL4Bzyumg

Does Pressley know something we dont?

He's got the entire next years budget on it. Unfortunately his man in the know works on Coronation St.

No... I read it on Twitter too

An open letter to Joy by PSB Group

The only achieved over there is lots of likes and virtual back slaps... because in essence that is all they are really interested in receiving.

Sadly CCFC to the Ricoh is like Tyrion to the Lannister family.

An open letter to Joy by PSB Group

I agree with you, however I believe there is a lot to be said about certain fan groups who suggest that if you are loyal to CCFC, you are automatically loyal to SISU - which is of course nonsense.

An open letter to Joy by PSB Group

How does an open letter improve our situation? You criticise the 'keyboard warriors' yet are fawning over a group of organised keyboard warriors with a Twitter account. A meeting may not achieve anything. But having a face to face discussion is at least going to start some kind of dialogue...

An open letter to Joy by PSB Group

So you endorse the model of doing what they do... and getting a few back slaps over any kind of meaningful plan.

An open letter to Joy by PSB Group

If these guys are a group of professional people then surely they would realise an open letter is going to get little or no response. Joy is a businesswoman, they are business people... how no one has thought to arrange a meeting between them is beyond me.

    Are we Staying Up?

We'll be fine... we have half decent players.. if only we had someone that could make them play as a team.

    What's to sell

A new owner would still take a fee... but I do agree with your point. A more successful football team would increase revenue and probably increase the fee - but if we were a successful football team I imagine we would not worry about that so much.

    Who wants a public enquiry?

Hypothetical question..... If on one hand we have a Trust that can only rally around 10% of opinion from it's members for example, and other groups (although smaller) have a far greater majority of their members engaging with them... Does it make one groups opinions more important than the other?

    Who wants a public enquiry?

Not necessarily agreed. There may well have been one... I did wonder previously if one had occurred and that's why the admin/liquidation had been dragged out. So either there was one and nothing came of it... or ACL rejected the CVA on the premise of needing one.. and did fuck all about it.
  14. Ian1779

    Who wants a public enquiry?

Well if there hasn't been.. it demonstrates that ACL merely rejected the CVA through sheer spite.

    SBT Statement

You miss the point....SISU have done a shit job, does that mean every person connected has free rein to do whatever they like, as we can always compare it to SISU's failings. What is so difficult in the idea of modelling how you want the club to behave... instead of stooping to their level.
  16. Ian1779

    Who wants a public enquiry?

Hasn't this already been done? Given that ACL rejected the CVA on these grounds it would have only been right for them to do this immediately afterwards. If they didn't then the rejection could have been only in spite
  17. Ian1779

    SBT Statement

So was it neccesary to release to the general public? A private letter perhaps.... So I get it... criticise a group for their actions... by doing exactly the same.
  18. Ian1779

    SBT Statement

Care enough to release a tit-for-tat statement though.....
  19. Ian1779

    Who wants a public enquiry?

So why can't the Trust lead on this? It makes perfect sense.
  20. Ian1779

    What's to sell

And if we had new owners? Would they do it all for free? You seem to think that SISU are the only owners/hedge fund that do this kind of thing... when in reality it happened before with our previous owners, and will happen again in the future.
