If the potential new owners browsed this forum tonight.....

I can see where you're coming from with this Grendel, but....it's mostly bollocks isn't it? I would expect any owners of a football club to know that their audience are, by and large, football fans, and therefore would also know the level of abuse they will face if they get it wrong. It goes...

In full: Appleton's report to the High Court

Point 4 could have been written by SISU. The rent was inherited by them, and clearly due diligence didn't see it as a problem, but it seems it now has a highly damaging effect on the long term viability of the company. Nothing about the huge management charges from ARVO then? Worrying bit is...

    Statement from administrator

Sounds to me like someone who has got annoyed with the questioning of his impartiality. Cannot second guess him based on this, but this bit made me smile "Finally, let me stress I have no influence over statements issued by or on behalf of Holdings as they purport to be the company that has...

I can't get Virgin, but threatened to leave sky anyway. if ALC really cared about Coventry City

CCFC had the option years ago to have a league based rent payment structure, and turned it down. ACL's fault? CCFC agreed the figure and only last year decided to challenge it by stopping paying rent.. The continual rhetoric that ACL are the "money grabbers" in all this is naive in the extreme...
