The trouble with this is we won't get much money up front. Once at a PLC they are likely to disappear without trace. They have more chance of developing and been given opportunities if they stay with us.

McFadz has been one of our best players since joining the club. A natural leader and calm head. Like all footballers he can make mistakes - but what makes him a good footballer is if he does make a mistake it doesn't effect his game. He just gets on with the job.

Remember Brighton might want him to go to a different club to experience a different environment and a different set of challenges to develop him further? Other clubs may be able to pay a bigger chunk of his wages than Coventry? It is not always down to the player where they go.
