Season tickets: to buy or not to buy?

I think season ticket sales are the crucial indicator as SISU have the money up front. If SISU stay and the squad is not strengthened ( a near certainty) I think season ticket sales could fall from 6500ish down to 4000ish, at the Ricoh, particularly if a campaign like the not a penny more is...

    ACL isn't letting this drop

One of the few things CCFC have in their favour is access to a top notch stadium in the city to which the club belongs. No they don't own it but they have to see sense and do a deal to play in it as owners or tenants. The rest is waffle. ACL have to be dealt with whether we like it or not. The...

Season tickets: to buy or not to buy?

If we are playing at the Ricoh next season, assuming a deal is done, many of us will eventually receive season ticket renewal letters. We therefore need a thread to discuss options Option 1: Not a penny more = stick to total boycott of all tickets and merchandise. Do not renew. Option 2: No...

Will you support the new (old) owners or give up with CCFC?

If we do play at Walsall I will be part of a protest group outside not inside the stadium.

    Away days only for me!!!!!

I think it is still more likely that a deal will now be done to stay at the Ricoh. So the real question will be, will you get a season ticket for the Ricoh with SISU still owners, or will you pay on the gate, or not go at all?

Keep up US. It's still early in Florida.

I see operation meltdown is in operation

No one is in meltdown. It is sad to see some of our fans enjoying the real misery today's outcome has inflicted on many others. No solidarity amongst our own fans, squabbling and name calling. A few need to go back over to GMK where the tumbleweed blows and the 6 or 7 in the self satisfied...

    Sam and Ricoh starring roles

Sorry, been working and wasting time watching England meander to another defeat.

    Sam and Ricoh starring roles

Just in case you haven't spotted this, due to it being a family comedy drama on ITV, The programme, "Love and Marriage" on Wednesdays at 9pm features many scenes inside the Ricoh, since 2 of the characters work there and one is Sky Blue Sam. Our boy, Graeme Hawley, is in it too. Very exciting...

Next Season's Options: What Will You Do

I think if SISU are gone gates will rise next season, at least initially.

ACL to allow CCFC Ltd to play for free!

Still searching the statement for the "only" with reference to the offer being made whilst CCFC is in administration. I interpret it as a no strings offer, if you take it at face value.

    Its not about the rent

    Maybe that's the plan.

    Ricoh this season

That is not clear from the statement issued. There was no use of the words, "only if". You are assuming that to be true without confirmation.

ACL make a bid for CCFC Ltd

Mutton has been replaced by Ann Taylor. I think the council would sell. They would be hard pushed to do a worse job than our current owners, who have set the bar low.

ACL make a bid for CCFC Ltd

I have to confess I suggested just this to a family member months ago but was told it couldn't happen. I kept the thought to myself as a result. ACL buying the club and selling it on to approved buyers seems a pretty good idea.

Sisu back in full control and us out of admin by Tuesday?

SISU saved CCFC from admin. Now we are a division lower, the debt has doubled, the gates have halved and they want us to go cap in hand to any tinpot ground that will have us. Oh, and we are in admin. Saviours like this. The cure is worse than the disease.

Just For Fun: Your Preferential New Owners and Why

I was being ironic or sarcastic. Of course the council cannot be responsible for how a company runs itself but some of our fans still fall for the smokescreen that it's the rent that is the issue.

Just For Fun: Your Preferential New Owners and Why

TF, at the forum on Friday, claimed we have broken even on transfers, in other words they have got back anything they paid out. So please stop pretending they have spent any money. They haven't ... Except to pay wages and operating costs, which must be lower than income. Do the maths, it really...
