I think this letter is aimed as much at the EFL as anyone else. It highlights the lack of communication with the fans over quite genuine concerns.
I do not think the SBT should shut up and wait for developments, but maybe they could make future letters address only one concern at a time, there...

There is no reason to trust Boddy any more than Fisher, there is still no news on where the club plays next season yet which I think is far more important than relaunching the SCG.
